His first visit to Colombia was unplanned but the country and even more the people made a big impression on him which made him decide to extend his stay. After traveling for several months through the country he started together with Thomas Doyer who he met during his travels in Colombia, the travel company: DE UNA Colombia Tours. Besides being one of the directors he still loves to explore more of the country or to accompany trips. His favorite destinations are: Sierra Nevada del Cocuy, Casanare, Golfo de Morrosquillo, Parque los Nevados, San Gil.

Thomas Doyer

After traveling extensively through Latin America and specificallythrough Colombia, he started together with Erik Rupert, in 2004 the company DE UNA Colombia Tours. He fall in love with the culture of South America and the way of life in Colombia and decide to start a new adventure in this beautiful country. Besides being one of the directors he still loves to explore more of the country or to accompany trips. His favorite destinations are: Vaupes, Nevado del Tolima, Sierra Nevada del Cocuy, Nuqui, Caño Cristales.

Pascal Kuhn

Pascal started as a guide in Ecuador but in 2007 he decide to come to Colombia and started to work for DE UNA Colombia Tours where he is focusing mostly on the German speaking customers. During his work but also in his free time he has seen a lot of Colombia and according to his words he doesn't know a more various and interesting country than Colombia. Pascal works from the office in Bogota where he organize the trips but he is on its best guiding people around in the field which he does as many times as he can. His favorite destinations are: Cali, Cartagena, San Agustin, Antioquía, Nuqui

Ed Veldhuisen

Ed came to Colombia in 2006 as a volunteer in a project in Medellin. As he liked the work and the country so much he decided to start his own project: a football school for kids from the streets in Medellin. After a while Ed started to work as a freelance guide for DE UNA in Medellin and the surroundings but since 2009 he is working full time from his home in Medellin. Besides organizing the tours he still does a lot of guiding in Colombia. His favorite destinations are: Medellin, Zona Cafetera, la Guajira, San Agustin, Tayrona

Tamara Lichtenberg

During her travels through Latin America she also dropped by Colombia where she was overwhelmed by the abundant nature, culture and the friendlinessof its people. She decided to stay longer and after a few months in Bucaramanga she came to Bogota to join the DE UNA Team where she is organizing the tours. Besides the office work she also guides through Colombia which she loves to do as this way she can show why she likes Colombia so much. Her favorite destinations are: San Gil and surroundings, San Agustin, Zona Cafetera, Pacific Coast and Sierra Nevada del Cocuy.
